Killian’s disciplines in glassblowing and faceting allows him to create unique pieces of art using a variety of techniques such as line work, murrini, fuming, faceting, inside/out work (cane work, thumb prints, fume scratching) while always exploring new techniques. He greatly enjoys creating tubes, geodes, sherlocks, pendants, marbles and hand pipes.
In 2013, Killian joined a community of talented artists at Third Eye Collective (TEC) located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Business and Art District before opening his own independent art studio in the Atlanta Metro Area in 2015.
The original and unique pieces of art offered from his studio, Mind Altering Glass are perfect gifts for pecial occasions and can be customized to your specifications. Killian specializes in pendants, marbles and paperweights, and memorial glass works with cremation ashes but his passion remains in fulfilling custom orders for unique pieces of art.
In his free time, Killian enjoys rockhounding for gemstones, fossils and mining for gold.
